Working with ITovio

More on About

Why should we trust ITovio with our growth?
Because the work is checkable. Our recent clients include businesses that lead their fields globally, in Australia, the Gulf and Europe, our reviews are public on Trustpilot, every engagement starts with a written scope you approve before paying, and we publish our own security posture. If a result cannot be shown, we do not claim it.
Who is ITovio, and what is your background?
ITovio is a Netherlands-based digital team founded in 2024, with specialists across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We have built and run websites, online stores, mobile apps, AI assistants, CRM automation and security programmes for businesses in the Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Asia. One team, one contract, every discipline a growing business needs online.
How do these services actually increase revenue?
Growth online happens in a chain. First the right people have to find you, in Google, in AI assistants and on social. Then your website and brand have to make the decision easy. Then every enquiry has to be answered fast, booked and followed up until it pays. Then the numbers tell you where to invest next. Each link multiplies the one before it, which is why we offer all of them and tailor a package to the link that is broken for you.
We do not know what we need. Where do we start?
Start with the Solutions page: it is organised by the problem you can feel, such as no enquiries or leads going cold, not by technology. Or book a 30-minute call. We ask what you want more of, look at what you have, and come back with a written plan. No jargon, no obligation.
What does it cost?
Every package is tailored and quoted in writing, with deliverables, timeline and exclusions listed before you commit. We do not publish price lists because the scope decides the number. A call is enough to get a quote, and a basic website is often the cheapest part of the plan.
How long does it take?
A website usually takes two to six weeks. A CRM and automation setup takes about three weeks. A security assessment takes ten working days. Larger systems and ongoing growth programmes are scoped in phases so you see results every few weeks, not at the end.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Domains, accounts, code, designs and data are registered to you and handed over with documentation. You can leave at any time and keep everything.
Do you work with small businesses or only large ones?
Both. Recent clients range from solo founders and personal brands to groups that lead their fields globally. The approach is the same: fix the link in the chain that is costing you the most, then build the next one.
Where are you based and who do we contract with?
ITovio is Netherlands-based with a team working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. You contract with ITovio under a written agreement, invoiced in euros for EU clients. We work in CET hours and reply within one business day, usually faster on WhatsApp.
What happens after launch?
Every build comes with a 30-day warranty and handover documentation. Most clients keep us on a monthly plan for content, automation, security monitoring and reporting, so the growth compounds instead of stalling after launch.

Cyber security

More on Cyber security

Who do you take on for security work?
Established companies and enterprises only. Cyber security is the one service we offer at enterprise level; we do not run low-budget scans or small-business security packages, because a proper test needs time, depth and a client who will act on the findings.
How is this different from a vulnerability scan?
A scanner checks for known issues and reports them in bulk, including many that do not matter. We test by hand, prove each finding is exploitable, chain small issues into real attack paths and rank them by business impact. Scanners are a starting point for us, never the result.
Will testing break production?
Testing runs in agreed windows with stop conditions and an emergency contact on both sides. Destructive and denial-of-service tests are excluded. Where the risk is real, we test against a staging copy first.
What do you need from us?
Written authorisation from the system owner, the scope, test accounts for each role, a technical contact and, for grey or white box testing, documentation or code access.
Which methodology do you follow?
Testing is structured around the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide and Application Security Verification Standard, the OWASP API Security Top 10 and the Penetration Testing Execution Standard, with severity scored using CVSS.
Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, before scoping if you ask. Findings, credentials and data are handled under that agreement and deleted at the end of the engagement unless you want them kept.
Do you ever test without permission?
Never. Every engagement starts with written authorisation from the owner of each system in scope.
What does it cost?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after a scoping call. The number depends on the size of the scope, the depth and the time window, and we only take on engagements at enterprise level.

CRM & automation

More on CRM & automation

Can you work inside our existing GoHighLevel account?
Yes. We audit what is there, keep what works, rename what conflicts, and never delete data.
Do we have to use GoHighLevel?
This pillar is built on it because it covers CRM, calendars, email, WhatsApp and reporting in one place. If your stack is different we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
How is GDPR handled?
Consent fields, double opt-in, a documented sub-processor list and an erasure procedure are part of every build.
Who owns the account?
You do. It is your sub-account, your data and your billing. We work inside it with a named user.
Where are you based and who do we contract with?
ITovio is Netherlands-based with a team working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Every engagement is a written, fixed-scope agreement with ITovio.

SEO & GEO

More on SEO & GEO

How do you measure AI search visibility?
A fixed set of buyer prompts is run on each engine on a schedule. We record whether you are mentioned or cited and compute share of answer. Same prompts, same engines, every month.
Is GEO just SEO with a new name?
They overlap in the technical layer. GEO adds entity consistency, citable content formats and measurement inside generated answers, which classic rank tracking does not see.
How long before anything moves?
Technical and entity fixes show inside weeks. Share of answer typically moves over two to four monthly cycles as engines re-crawl and re-cite.
Do you write the content?
Yes, with you. Sources, definitions and numbers come from your business; we structure and publish them in a citable format.
Where are you based and who do we contract with?
ITovio is Netherlands-based with a team working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Every engagement is a written, fixed-scope agreement with ITovio.

Engineering

More on Engineering

What do you build with?
TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node.js and Python on the application side; Postgres and Supabase for data; WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify where a content or commerce platform fits better than custom code; Kotlin and React Native for mobile; Claude and other model APIs for AI products; Vercel and conventional servers for hosting. We pick the smallest stack that does the job and write the choice down.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, hosting, domains, cloud accounts and API keys are registered in your name from day one and handed over with documentation. We work inside them as a named user and can be removed at any time without you losing anything.
Where is it hosted and who pays for it?
In accounts you own, in EU regions where the data calls for it. You pay the providers directly, so there is no markup and no dependency on us. We recommend the hosting, set it up and document how to run it without us.
What happens after launch?
A 30-day warranty covers defects at no cost. After that, maintenance is an optional monthly plan: dependency updates, monitoring, backups checked, small changes. Or your own team takes over with the handover documentation.
How is a quote scoped?
A 30-minute call, then a written scope within a week: deliverables, timeline, exclusions and one fixed number, approved before work starts. Changes are written, priced and approved the same way. You see working software every week, not a status update.
Can you build AI products, and are they safe to use with our data?
Yes: assistants, agents and document pipelines on Claude and other model APIs. Each one has guardrails written into the scope: what data the model may see, what it may do, what is logged, and how a person stays in the loop. Where data must stay in the EU, we choose providers and regions accordingly and document the choice.

Scope and quote of the GoHighLevel setup

More on What it involves

Can you just give a ballpark?
No. The same setup can be a small job or a large one depending on pipelines, channels, migration and integrations, and a number given before we know those tends to be wrong in a way that costs you later. The fast route to a real number is the 30-minute call and a written quote within a week.
Is the GoHighLevel subscription part of your quote?
No. You pay the vendor directly for the platform and we build inside your account. We will explain the plan options in plain terms, but the vendor's own plan page is the authority on current pricing.
We already have GoHighLevel. Is it cheaper to fix than to start again?
Usually. We audit what exists, keep what works, rename what conflicts and never delete data. The audit is the first week of the scope and the quote reflects what can be kept.
What if we need more than five workflows?
The five cover the lead-to-customer path for most businesses. More are quoted as a line in the scope, or added later on the monthly plan.
What do we need to prepare?
Access to your current tools, a list of where leads come from, who handles them today, and an export of contacts if you have one. The call covers the rest.

GoHighLevel or HubSpot

More on The comparison

Is GoHighLevel cheaper than HubSpot?
Usually, for a growing team with WhatsApp and SMS in the mix, because the fee is flat per account rather than per seat and contact. A two-person team that only needs a free CRM may pay less on HubSpot. Check both vendors' plan pages; we do not quote their prices.
Can we use both?
Yes, and some companies do: HubSpot for marketing, GoHighLevel for conversations and booking, synced by webhook. It doubles the places a contact lives, so we only recommend it when each tool does something the other cannot.
Is GoHighLevel GDPR compliant?
The platform provides the tools; compliance is how you configure and document them. Consent fields, double opt-in, a sub-processor list, a transfer basis and an erasure procedure are part of every ITovio build, on either platform.
Does ITovio build on HubSpot?
No. We build on GoHighLevel and say so. If HubSpot is the right tool for you, we say that and point you to a HubSpot partner.
How long does a migration take?
A clean spreadsheet import fits inside the three-week setup. A HubSpot migration with open deals and custom fields adds a mapping step and a test import, usually within the same three weeks.
