• Client delays in providing feedback or materials may extend timelines
• We provide regular updates on project progress
• Revisions are included as per the agreed scope
• Additional work beyond scope will be quoted separately

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We provide support and maintenance as agreed in your service contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itovio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
