Penetration testing that finds the bugs scanners miss
Manual, adversarial testing of your applications, APIs, cloud and infrastructure. Every finding is proven, reproducible and ranked by what it would cost you if someone else found it first.
Enterprise only. Cyber security is the one service we offer at enterprise level only. We take on engagements for established companies and enterprises with production systems that deserve to be attacked properly. We do not sell low-budget scans, small-business security packages or compliance paperwork.
Enterprise penetration test
Two to six weeks, set by the scope · fixed scope · written deliverables
- Scope and rules of engagement
- Critical-finding alerts
- Executive summary
- Technical findings report
You are probably here because
- You are launching or re-architecting a product and want it attacked before someone else does.
- An enterprise customer, regulator, insurer or investor requires an independent penetration test.
- Your last "penetration test" was an automated scan with a logo on the cover.
- You had an incident or a near miss and need to know what else is reachable.
- An acquisition or due-diligence process needs an honest view of the target's security.
Deliverables, format, and when they land.
| Deliverable | Format | When |
|---|---|---|
| Scope and rules of engagement | Written authorisation, targets, test windows, stop conditions and emergency contacts | Before testing |
| Critical-finding alerts | Anything severe is reported the same day, not held back for the report | During testing |
| Executive summary | Business impact in plain language, for leadership and the board | End of testing |
| Technical findings report | Each finding with proof of concept, reproduction steps, affected assets, severity and fix guidance | End of testing |
| Engineering debrief | A working session with your developers on root causes, not just symptoms | After the report |
| Retest report | Every fixed finding attacked again and confirmed closed, or explained if not | After remediation |
Enterprise penetration test
Web applications, APIs (REST and GraphQL), mobile apps, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), external perimeter and internal networks including Active Directory. Black, grey or white box, as agreed. The focus is on what automated tools cannot do: authentication and authorisation flaws, business logic, privilege escalation, tenant isolation and chained vulnerabilities.
Two to six weeks, set by the scope
No denial-of-service testing, no social engineering of your staff unless separately contracted, and nothing outside the written scope or without written authorisation from the system owner. We do not issue compliance certificates; the report is the evidence.
Most clients retest after remediation, then test again on major releases or keep a standing arrangement for continuous attack simulation.
Ordering is a scoping call, not a cart. You receive the written scope before you commit.
Book the scoping callHow the work is done
Each step produces something written. If a step has no artefact, it did not happen.
- Scoping and authorisationTargets, depth, test windows and stop conditions agreed in writing and signed by the system owner. Nothing is touched before that.
- ReconnaissanceMapping the real attack surface: subdomains, exposed services, API endpoints, cloud assets, leaked credentials and forgotten environments.
- Manual testingAuthentication, session handling, access control between users and tenants, business logic, injection, server-side request forgery and deserialisation, tested by hand.
- Exploitation and chainingLow-severity issues combined into real attack paths, with impact proven safely and stopped at the agreed limits.
- ReportingProof of concept, reproduction steps, severity and a fix for every finding; an executive summary that says what it means for the business.
- RetestFixes attacked again so the report shows what is actually closed.
What we test
Scope is agreed per engagement. These are the areas we attack most often.
| Area | What we look for |
|---|---|
| Web applications | Authentication, authorisation, business logic, injection, file handling, client-side flaws |
| APIs | Broken object and function-level authorisation, mass assignment, rate limits, GraphQL introspection and abuse |
| Cloud | Identity and access misconfiguration, exposed storage, privilege escalation, secrets in code and pipelines |
| External perimeter | Exposed services, VPN and remote access, mail and DNS, forgotten hosts and environments |
| Internal network | Assumed-breach testing, Active Directory attack paths, lateral movement, credential exposure |
| Mobile apps | Local storage, certificate pinning, API trust, reverse engineering of iOS and Android builds |
| Attack simulation | Objective-based exercises against a goal you set, such as reaching customer data, under agreed rules |
We hold ourselves to the same standard: our own posture, gaps included, is on the security page, and our disclosure contact is published in security.txt.
External exposure snapshot
Before we scope an engagement, we look at your public footprint from the outside and bring what we find to the scoping call. No intrusive testing, no obligation.
One request per company. We read every submission ourselves; nothing is automated beyond the checks themselves.
Asked before most engagements
Who do you take on for security work?
How is this different from a vulnerability scan?
Will testing break production?
What do you need from us?
Which methodology do you follow?
Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Do you ever test without permission?
What does it cost?
