Situation

Ignite Purpose runs leadership and culture programmes for organisations in Australia. Its previous site was a brochure with a contact form that emailed one inbox. Programme content, speaking enquiries and client stories lived in documents nobody could link to.

Problem

Enquiries had no owner, no source attribution and no follow-up sequence. The site could not be updated without a developer.

What we did

• Content architecture for 45+ pages across programmes, speaking, resources and stories.
• Design system and build with structured data on every page type.
• GoHighLevel lead capture on every form with pillar tagging and consent fields.
• Calendar booking wired to the consultancy pipeline.
• Launched 1 October 2026 with documentation and a training session.
